Spears mechanics saved our road trip! They fit us into their schedule, diagnosed the problem (rodent damage to spark plug wire), installed the new part and fixed it in one day. Installation of a water pump, pulleys, new belt on a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Way under the price offered by the Stealership. Even better, 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty on all parts PLUS labor! No nonsense, strait and up-front council from Susan and Chris, only one day for complete service. Can't find better service or warranty anywhere in New Mexico. Diesel owners come here for service from 4 neighboring states.
