Spears mechanics saved our road trip! They fit us into their schedule, diagnosed the problem (rodent damage to spark plug wire), installed the new part and fixed it in one day. They also checked the front brakes, confirmed a repair was needed but that it could wait until we got to Arizona. They definitely went above and beyond to help us out.

Installation of a water pump, pulleys, new belt on a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Way under the price offered by the Stealership. Even better, 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty on all parts PLUS labor! No nonsense, strait and up-front council from Susan and Chris, only one day for complete service. Can't find better service or warranty anywhere in New Mexico. Diesel owners come here for service from 4 neighboring states.

GREAT HONEST CHRISTIAN OWNED & RUN BUSINESS!!! Are you tired of dishonest and slow mechanics? Then you need to take your Car or Truck to the Spears for a new and wonderful experience! They Fixed my Truck FAST so I had my Sister and Brother in law take their Lexus SUV to them. The Lexus dealership told them that they needed a new Transmission Solenoid which would cost about $900 to replace with parts and labor. The Spears Fixed it in ONE DAY ... FOR FREE!!! They said it was only a Loose Solenoid which they tightened up and didn't charge my Sister one single cent!

We stopped here for an oil change on my mini cooper while on a cross country road trip. They were able to fit us in right away, didn't have the filter in stock but were able to get one within 20 minutes and were so very friendly and thorough. The mechanic who worked on my car thoroughly explained the code he pulled up for my check engine light, and the man at the front desk was personable, easy to talk with and gave us great recommendations for stops on our trip. Prices were fair and work was quality. 5 stars!
